Authorizes the Vicksburg-Warren School District and Claiborne County Board of Education to partner with Entergy Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, Warren County, and the Mississippi Development Authority to establish a Nuclear High School Academy serving eighth through twelfth grade students.

Establishes a Nuclear High School Academy Partnership Council with eight members from the nuclear station, both school districts, MDA, local government, and the Vicksburg Chamber of Commerce, with the nuclear station CEO serving as chairman.

Requires the academy to combine with existing academy models and provide multiple curriculum options, with students completing at least three courses in their chosen track while pursuing college admission requirements; students may earn college credit and industry credentials.

Mandates a six-month startup period before accepting students and requires a phased implementation plan for full operation within three years, with field trips for sophomores, job shadowing for juniors, and internships for seniors at the nuclear station.

Establishes a Nuclear High School Academy Fund administered by the Mississippi Development Authority to support startup and operational costs from public and private grants, with MDA required to submit a three-year budget proposal to the Governor and Legislative Budget Office.
