Eliminates restrictions preventing health plans from conditioning payment for telemedicine based on actions or omissions of other providers delivering services for the same episode of care.

Removes the 18-month diagnosis timeframe requirement and costly service use history requirement for patients to qualify for remote patient monitoring services, requiring only a chronic condition diagnosis and provider recommendation.

Eliminates prior authorization request requirements for remote patient monitoring services that previously required physician orders and attestations.

Removes geographic restrictions on telemedicine service delivery in home settings, requiring only that patients reside within Mississippi.
