Reenacts and extends the repeal dates of multiple workforce development statutes originally set to expire, moving the sunset date from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2026 for sections governing the Mississippi Comprehensive Workforce Training and Education Consolidation Act and related employment security laws.

Maintains existing provisions for the Mississippi State Workforce Investment Board (41 voting members with majority business representatives), Local Workforce Development Councils, workforce development centers affiliated with community colleges, and the Mississippi State Employment Service.

Preserves unemployment compensation eligibility requirements, disqualification provisions, appeals procedures, and benefit payment structures including regular and extended benefits with specific duration and amount limitations.

Codifies operational frameworks for the Mississippi Department of Employment Security including administration through an executive director, Board of Review, Employment Security Administration Fund, and compliance with federal Workforce Investment Act and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act requirements.

Extends sunset provisions for related programs including TANF Implementation Council, temporary assistance for needy families benefits, child support enforcement, new hire reporting requirements, and various economic incentive programs for business development.
