Extends the repeal date of certain Health Care Expendable Fund provisions from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2022.

Affects subsections (1), (2), (3), (5), (6) and (7) of Section 43-13-407, Mississippi Code of 1972, which govern transfers from the Health Care Trust Fund and use of funds for health care purposes.

Maintains existing provisions for transferring tobacco settlement installment payments and investment income to the Health Care Expendable Fund during the extended period.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
