Amends Section 63-7-59 to allow all municipal law enforcement officers to enforce motor vehicle window tint violations, removing the previous requirement that only municipalities with a population of 2,000 or more could enforce these laws.

Removes exclusivity of enforcement from the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, allowing both state and local municipal law enforcement to enforce window tint violations on public roads, streets, and highways under their jurisdiction.

Maintains existing window tint requirements including 28% minimum light transmittance standards, medical exemptions for sun-sensitive conditions, and exemptions for certain vehicles like school buses and law enforcement vehicles.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
