Increases minimum motor vehicle liability insurance for bodily injury or death from $25,000 per person to $50,000 per person in any one accident.

Increases minimum liability insurance for bodily injury or death of multiple persons from $50,000 to $100,000 per accident.

Increases minimum liability insurance for property damage from $25,000 to $50,000 per accident.

Allows liability insurance to contain exclusions and limitations on coverage if the language or form has been filed with and approved by the Commissioner of Insurance.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
