• Reenacts Mississippi Employment Security Law sections covering unemployment compensation benefits, eligibility requirements, appeals procedures, and the Department of Employment Security's administrative structure and powers

• Extends repealers on multiple workforce and social service programs including TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), child support enforcement, professional counselor licensing exemptions, and cooperative extension services

• Reenacts economic incentive programs including the Mississippi Advantage Jobs Act, Major Economic Impact Act, and Growth and Prosperity Act with their job creation and salary requirements for qualified businesses
