Amends Section 83-65-103 of Mississippi Code to revise the definition of "vehicle service contract" to include services beyond standard repair and replacement.

Expands vehicle service contracts to cover tire and wheel repair or replacement from road hazard damage, paintless dent removal, windshield repair or replacement from road hazards, and motor vehicle key or key-fob replacement.

Allows the Commissioner of Insurance to approve additional services not inconsistent with the act.

Adds new definition of "road hazard" to mean hazards encountered while driving including potholes, rocks, debris, glass, curbs, and composite scraps.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
