• Plan includes Mississippi Healthy Living Account (health savings account) where enrollees make quarterly contributions that can be reduced through participation in healthy behavior activities, with no cost-sharing required for first six months of enrollment.

• Plan automatically terminates if federal contribution rate falls below 90%, and implementation requires CMS approval of state plan amendment before beginning.
