Increases salaries of all sworn officers in the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics by $2,500.00 effective July 1, 2019.

Amends Section 45-1-12 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to revise the existing salary schedules for both agencies to reflect the across-the-board salary increase.

Directs the State Personnel Board to revise all salary schedules listed in the statute to add $2,500.00 to each rank and experience level for both agencies.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to provide necessary data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to budget and distribute funds for the increased compensation.
