• Modifies sections 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, and 23-15-165 to implement procedures for tracking convictions and automatically restoring voting eligibility.

• Requires county registrars and election commissioners to receive reports of voters who have satisfied sentencing requirements and restore their registration status accordingly.

• Takes effect July 1, 2019.
