Urges the University of Mississippi Medical Center Cancer Institute to coordinate the Mississippi Colorectal Cancer Roundtable to address colorectal cancer prevention efforts in the state.

Requires submission of written reports on colorectal cancer prevention findings to the Legislature before January 1, 2021, and annually thereafter.

Notes Mississippi had the second highest colorectal cancer diagnosis rate and third highest death rate in 2015, with over 1,700 annual diagnoses and 600 deaths.

Affirms the state's commitment to the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable's "eighty percent in every community" screening initiative.

References the existing 70x2020 Colorectal Cancer Screening Initiative's goal to ensure 70% of Mississippians are up-to-date with recommended screening by 2020.
