Acknowledges his roles in disaster preparedness and response, including serving as Incident Commander of DMORT for Harrison and Hancock Counties following Hurricane Katrina and participation in multiple federal and state emergency management programs.

Recognizes his additional service as team leader of the Mississippi Sudden Unexplained Infant Death Investigation Team, forensic science instructor at the University of Southern Mississippi, and member of various professional organizations.
