Honors Mike Dale for 36 years of service as agriculture teacher and farm manager at Forrest County Agricultural High School upon his retirement in 2019.

Recognizes Dale's passion for agriculture and livestock industry, stemming from his childhood in a farming family and advanced by his education at Pearl River Community College and Mississippi State University (bachelor's and master's degrees in agriculture and extension education).

Acknowledges Dale's students' accomplishments including winning local, state, and national FFA competitions, serving as Mississippi FFA state officers, and pursuing successful agriculture careers.

Notes Dale's management of the FCAHS 320-acre campus with nearly 200 head of livestock including cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and pigs, and credits him with establishing a Hair Sheep Division at state-level livestock shows.

Recognizes Dale's dedication to his wife Cheryl and three sons (Landon, Linden, and Logan) who all attended FCAHS and Mississippi State University with careers in agriculture.
