Mourns the death of Charles Edward Graham, who passed away on March 14, 2019, and commemorates his life and legacy.

Recognizes Graham's 30+ year career with the Jackson Fire Department, where he rose to the rank of Deputy Chief and specialized in HAZMAT training.

Honors his graduation from Jackson State University with a degree in accounting, his membership in Christ the King Catholic Church, and his volunteer work with Catholic Charities, the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and Junior Achievement.

Acknowledges his family including his three children (Eric, Akami, and Ariel), four grandchildren, eight siblings, and his late wife Alline who preceded him in death on February 27, 2017.

Directs the House to express sincere sympathy to Graham's family and friends, with copies of the resolution to be provided to his family and the Capitol Press Corps.
