Commends and congratulates the Parklane Academy Lady Pioneers Fast-pitch Softball Team for winning the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools (MAIS) AAAA Overall Softball State Championship in 2018.

Recognizes the team's tournament performance, including victories over Jackson Prep, Madison Ridgeland Academy, Hartfield Academy, and East Rankin Academy before defeating Simpson Academy in the championship series.

Names 18 student-athletes on the team and acknowledges Head Coach Greg Gatlin, Assistant Coach Ron Rushing, and Assistant Coach Chad Johnson for their leadership and coaching.

States that the House of Representatives recognizes and commends the exceptional accomplishments of Mississippi student-athletes who bring honor to their school, community, and state.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Head Coach Greg Gatlin and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
