Commends Mr. Jonathan R. "Reggie" Bell for his 35-year career with the Mississippi State Fire Academy, retiring June 30, 2019.

Recognizes Bell's progression from firefighter with Starkville Fire Department (1985) through Fire Academy Instructor (1992) to Executive Director (2007).

Acknowledges Bell's extensive certifications and training including Mississippi Smoke Diver, Advanced Rescue Specialist, Executive Fire Officer, and Fire Investigation credentials.

Honors Bell's service as Commander of the Mississippi State Fire Academy Emergency Response Team during Hurricane Katrina, earning a Medal of Honor, and his military service in the Mississippi Army National Guard from 1973-1997 including Operation Desert Storm.
