Acknowledges Wims qualified for nationals after winning gold in powerlifting at the 2017 Special Olympics of Mississippi Summer Games and being selected through a raffle draw

Honors the support system for Mississippi's Special Olympians, including family members, area directors, and volunteers who enable athletes to develop physical and mental skills
