Commends American Legion Joe Graham Post and Unit 119 in Gulfport, Mississippi upon their centennial anniversary, with a celebration planned for March 16, 2019.

Recognizes the American Legion's 100-year history of service to veterans and the nation, including establishing the U.S. Flag Code, founding the Veterans Administration, and helping pass the GI Bill of 1944.

Notes that Joe Graham Post and Unit 119 was organized in 1920 and named after Joe Graham, the first World War I casualty from Gulfport, currently serving over 300 members plus 150 in affiliated organizations.

Acknowledges the post's ongoing mission to support veterans and active-duty military, promote patriotism and education, award scholarships, and foster community volunteer opportunities.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to American Legion Joe Graham Post and Unit 119 and to the Capitol Press Corps.
