Honors Dr. Duckworth's religious service as pastor of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church since April 2002 and his educational credentials including a Ph.D. in theology from International Bible Institute Seminary College

Recognizes his roles as moderator of the First Enterprise Association, director of Home Mission for the East Mississippi State Convention, Inc., board member of Mid-Mississippi Development District, and member of the P16 Council

Acknowledges Dr. Duckworth's ministerial counsel and spiritual guidance provided to the Jasper County TIOCH Community Center, Inc. and its community service programs in the Rose Hill area

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Dr. Duckworth and members of the Capitol Press Corps
