Mourns the loss of Cam'Ron Tyrese Dowell, a 15-year-old student from Clinton, Mississippi, who died on February 26, 2019, after attempting to rescue a childhood friend on February 23, 2019.

Commends Cam'Ron's selfless heroism, character as a devout Christian, and his roles as a student athlete at Sumner Hill Junior High School and active member of Refreshing Rain Church of God in Christ.

Recognizes Cam'Ron's participation in football, basketball, and track, as well as his service as a youth drummer in the church music department.

Expresses deepest sympathy to his surviving family members, including his parents Chasity Daniels-Jones and Terrance Dowell, Jr., three sisters, three brothers, and extended family.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Cam'Ron's family and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
