Commends Ms. Karmyn Norwood for her outstanding service as Vice President of Air Mobility and Maritime Missions International Programs for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Marietta, Georgia.

Recognizes Norwood's educational background including degrees from Jackson State University, George Mason University, and University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and her career at Lockheed Martin since 2002.

Acknowledges her previous role as general manager of the Meridian, Mississippi C-130J production facility and her leadership positions managing over 7,000 engineers responsible for military aircraft design and sustainment.

Notes her recognition as 2015 Black Engineer of the Year and one of 25 Most Influential Black Women in Business in 2017, and her involvement with Jackson State University's advisory board and STEM initiatives.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Ms. Norwood and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
