Commends the life and legacy of Mrs. Patsy Ezell Mills, who passed away on February 20, 2019, at the age of 100.

Recognizes Mrs. Mills' background as the second of twelve children born in Benton County, Mississippi in 1919, her employment at Goldsmith Department Store for 15 years, and her marriage to Boyd H. Mills with whom she had two children.

Expresses deepest sympathy to her surviving family members including her daughter Clara Willey, sister Vereen Clark, brother Bobby Joe Miller, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Mills' family and to members of the Capitol Press Corps.
