Commends and congratulates seven 11th grade students from Madison Central High School for winning C-SPAN's annual nationwide StudentCam competition: Tanbir Banipal, Elizabeth Barton, Vedanth Buddala, Olivia Essary, Luke North, Jillian Russell, and Annie Thomas.

Three student teams won prizes for creating 5-7 minute video documentaries on constitutional topics: one team on "Civil Rights," another on "Freedom of Speech," and a third on "America's Two-Party System."

Recognizes that 2,985 videos were submitted from over 5,700 students across 46 states, with $100,000 in total prize money awarded nationally to 150 students and 53 teachers.

Notes that C-SPAN's Bus will visit Madison Central High School on March 25th to celebrate the students' accomplishments and national recognition.
