Commends the Simpson Academy Cougars Boys Basketball Team for winning the 2019 MAIS Class AAAA Division II State Basketball Championship with a 26-9 record.

Recognizes players Bowen Kelly, Joe Berry, Hunter Cline, and Thomas Pepper for being named to the All-State Team, with Bowen Kelly also named an All Star.

Honors Head Coach James Crain and Assistant Coach Carey Crain for their leadership and development of the players' skills and knowledge of the game.

Lists all 14 team members by name and acknowledges support staff including scorekeeper Austin Lane and statisticians Ramsey Jones and Jacob Johns.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Simpson Academy leadership, coaches, and the Capitol Press Corps.
