Commemorates The Links, Incorporated on "Mississippi Links Day at the Capitol 2019" for community service under the initiative "Transforming Communities - Fulfilling Our Purpose"

Recognizes The Links, Incorporated as an international not-for-profit organization founded in 1946 with 15,000 members in 288 chapters across 42 states, plus the District of Columbia, Bahamas, and United Kingdom, with seven chapters in Mississippi

Notes the organization contributes over one million documented hours of community service annually and works to enrich and ensure the culture and economic survival of African Americans and persons of African ancestry

Acknowledges that on February 20, 2019, more than 75 Links members attended the Capitol event to receive legislative updates, promote advocacy, and engage in criminal justice, social justice, voter empowerment, and civic engagement initiatives

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Links committee representatives and Mississippi chapter leadership
