Revises the composition of Mississippi State Senate Districts 22 and 23 as originally established in Joint Resolution 201 of the 2012 Regular Session.

District 22 includes all of Issaquena and Sharkey Counties, specified precincts in Bolivar, Humphreys, Warren, Washington and Yazoo Counties, with Issaquena County added as a new component.

District 23 includes specified precincts in Madison, Warren and Yazoo Counties, with Madison County precincts added and Warren County precincts substantially revised.

Requires the Standing Joint Legislative Committee on Reapportionment to file a Split Precinct Block List with the Secretary of State detailing portions of partial or split precincts by census tract and block number.

The redistricting supersedes all prior redistricting for Senate Districts 22 and 23, rendering previous boundaries null and void upon the resolution's effective date.
