Amends Chapter 2234, Laws of 2012, to revise the composition of Mississippi State Senate Districts 13 and 22 in response to a U.S. District Court ruling that District 22 diluted African-American voting strength.

Redraws District 13 to include portions of Bolivar, Sunflower, and Tallahatchie Counties, removing five precincts from Bolivar County and adding specific Sunflower County precincts.

Redraws District 22 to remove the five precincts transferred from District 13 and adds three Sunflower County precincts (Indianola 2 East, Indianola 2 West, and Inverness).

Sets the qualifying deadline for candidates in amended Districts 13 and 22 as April 12, 2019, unless otherwise ordered by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Includes severability clause providing that if the underlying appellate case is decided in favor of appellants, this resolution shall be repealed and the original 2012 district configuration shall be reinstated.
