Amends Section 41-23-37 of Mississippi Code to require the State Health Officer to mandate that entities providing vaccines supply patients with vaccine information statements approved by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Requirement becomes effective July 1, 2019.

Maintains existing provisions requiring Mississippi children to be vaccinated against diseases specified by the State Health Officer before attending school, kindergarten, or similar instruction facilities.

Preserves existing exemptions for medical reasons authorized by licensed physicians and allows local health officers up to 90 days for vaccine completion without undue community risk.

Maintains penalties for school officials who fail to enforce immunization requirements, constituting a misdemeanor subject to fine or imprisonment or both.
