Amends Section 83-17-251 of the Mississippi Code to add a new exemption from continuing education requirements for insurance agents who are 75 years of age or older and have held an agent's license in Mississippi for at least 10 years.

Continuing education exemption is added as subsection (4)(e) to the list of existing exemptions for insurance producer license renewals.

Does not affect other existing exemptions for certain agent categories, limited lines producers, nonresidents with reciprocal agreements, or nonactive agents.

Takes effect upon passage.
