Adds sales tax exemption for Ducks Unlimited, Inc., chapters in Mississippi when purchasing tangible personal property or services for resale as part of fund-raising activities.

Exemption applies only to property or services purchased specifically for resale, not for other uses.

Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to include this exemption in the list of allowed sales tax exemptions.

Effective date is July 1, 2019.
