Reduces Mississippi House of Representatives from 122 members to 70 members, effective January 2020 following the 2019 statewide general election.

Reduces Mississippi Senate from 52 members to 30 members, effective January 2020 following the 2019 statewide general election.

Requires new legislative districts to be adopted by joint resolution as provided in Section 254 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
