Amends Mississippi Code Section 85-7-251 to prohibit towing companies from charging higher rates for vehicles towed at the direction of law enforcement officers than rates charged to customers who request towing directly.

Applies the equal-pricing requirement to all law enforcement tows, including impoundments resulting from alleged violations of Section 63-11-30.

Clarifies that failure to comply with notification and good faith effort requirements precludes towing and storage charges for all vehicles, including those towed at law enforcement direction.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
