Removes the 500 square feet size limitation on enclosures where wild hogs may be released for slaughter purposes.

Requires the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to issue metallic tags that must be affixed to the ear of each wild hog being transported within Mississippi.

Tags must remain on the wild hog's ear until the animal is slaughtered.

Permits for transporting live wild hogs may only be issued to individuals without a history of repeat hunting offenses and whose hunting privileges have not been revoked.

Violations of transportation regulations become Class I violations with additional penalties including forfeiture of hunting, trapping, and fishing privileges for one year from conviction date; effective July 1, 2019.
