Requires all public schools and open-enrollment charter schools to post child abuse hotline information in English and Spanish in a clear, simple, and understandable format for students.

Mandates posting the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services Abuse Hotline toll-free number, emergency 911 instructions, and directions to access the MDCPS website for reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Specifies that information must be posted on an 11 by 17 inch or larger poster in large print at eye level in at least one high-traffic, highly visible public area accessible to students, with the hotline number in bold.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to adopt rules relating to the size and location of required signage.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
