Increases the minimum teacher salary scale by $2,500.00 per year effective with the 2019-2020 school term across all license levels (AAAA, AAA, AA, and A).

Updates the minimum salary schedule for teachers holding different types of licenses and years of experience, with entry-level teachers (0-2 years experience) earning a new minimum of $36,890.00 to $41,608.00 depending on certification level.

Maintains existing provisions for $6,000.00 annual salary supplements for teachers with National Board Master Teacher certification and other nationally certified school personnel, plus additional $4,000.00 supplement for teachers in designated economically disadvantaged counties.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
