• Adds the Crawford Community Education and Recreation Center project in Lowndes County as an eligible capital improvement project to receive $350,000 in fund disbursements.

• Maintains existing infrastructure project allocations across Mississippi counties and municipalities for road improvements, bridge repairs, water systems, and various facility upgrades totaling over $53 million.

• Takes effect upon passage.
