Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-3-601 to prohibit motor vehicles from continuously traveling in the outermost left lane of a multilane roadway when it impedes traffic flow.

Establishes exceptions allowing use of the left lane for: overtaking and passing other vehicles, when right lanes are closed or under construction, on three-lane roadways under applicable rules, on designated one-way traffic roadways, when right lanes are in disrepair or unsafe, and when preparing to exit on the left.

Classifies violations of this section as a misdemeanor punishable under Section 63-9-11.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
