Reenacts and amends Section 73-34-103 to require appraisal management companies operating in Mississippi to obtain registration from the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board before conducting business.

Requires applicants to submit a $20,000 surety bond payable to the State of Mississippi to protect persons who suffer damages from the company's breach of contract or violation of law.

Mandates registration applications include company name, business address, ownership information, proof of appraiser license verification systems, USPAP compliance certification, and appraisal independence standards compliance.

Extends the repeal date of this registration requirement from July 1, 2019 to July 1, 2022.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
