Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-15-51 to provide limited civil liability immunity to child advocacy centers and multidisciplinary team members acting within the scope of their official duties.

Immunity applies when team members act in good faith to refer alleged child abuse reports for investigation, conduct investigations, make investigation judgments, or release information to protect a child.

Changes language requiring district attorneys or Department of Child Protection Services to "may" initiate cooperative agreements to "must" initiate them with appropriate agencies for multidisciplinary child protection teams.

Requires youth court authorization by court order to implement multidisciplinary child abuse teams and designate participating agencies.

Effective July 1, 2019.
