Requires registrars to record which party primary election each voter participates in and removes date of birth and age information from public records exemptions under the Mississippi Public Records Act.

Extends the period for candidates to examine ballot boxes from 12 days to 20 days after election certification and permits persons conducting examinations to copy ballot box contents, pollbooks, and election records.

Prohibits voters from participating in a primary or run-off primary election of one party if they voted in a primary or run-off primary election of a different party within the previous 30 days, with violations constituting misdemeanors.

Changes the timing of second primary elections from 3 weeks to 4 weeks after first primary elections across multiple election types (state, county, municipal, congressional, and judicial).

Extends deadlines for filing election contests and requesting judicial review from 20 days to 30 days after election certification and requires circuit clerks to preserve ballot boxes and their contents for 3 years after election contest proceedings conclude or 60 days after the election, whichever is later.
