• Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of 23 organizations and entities, including First Responders of Mississippi, various school districts, charitable organizations, and the Dixie National Rodeo, with a $30.00 annual additional fee per tag.

• Establishes fee distribution for new distinctive tags: $24.00 to the designated organization, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

• Authorizes distinctive license tags displaying the Stennis Flag designed by Laurin Stennis, with proceeds supporting the Mississippi Museum of History and Mississippi Civil Rights Museum.

• Expands disabled veteran license tag eligibility from one (1) to two (2) tags per veteran and increases the number of vehicles exempt from ad valorem and privilege taxes from one to two.
