Increases the at-risk pupil adjustment factor in the Mississippi Adequate Education Program (MAEP) from 5% to 7% of the base student cost, multiplied by the number of students participating in the federal free school lunch program.

Changes applied to the base student cost calculation for determining additional funding allocations to school districts for at-risk student programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
