Amends Section 47-5-193 of Mississippi Code to authorize circuit courts to issue orders disabling contraband cell phone service from carriers.

Maintains existing prohibition on possession or furnishing of cell phones, weapons, deadly weapons, unauthorized electronic devices, and contraband items to offenders in state correctional facilities.

Expands prohibition to include cell phone components and accessories such as Subscriber Information Module (SIM) cards and chargers.

Applies to officers, employees of the Department of Corrections, county sheriff's departments, private correctional facilities, municipal facilities, and any other persons or offenders.

Takes effect upon passage.
