Revises definitions in the Caller ID Anti-Spoofing Act to include "automatic number identification," "caller identification information," "caller identification service," "interconnected VoIP service," "place of primary use," "provider," "registered location," "subscriber," and "telecommunications service."

Modifies the prohibition against caller identification spoofing to require that a person knowingly and with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain something of value transmit misleading or inaccurate caller identification information through a telecommunications or interconnected VoIP service.

Establishes that violations of the Caller ID Anti-Spoofing Act constitute violations of the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act, making violators subject to all remedies and penalties available under both acts in addition to other applicable law.

Specifies that telephone solicitors are prohibited from violating the Caller ID Anti-Spoofing Act and subject to penalties under the Telephone Solicitation Act if they do so.

Effective date: July 1, 2019.
