Creates a misdemeanor offense of defamation for intentionally causing an unknowing person to be wrongfully identified as appearing in an obscene depiction, including through electronic imposition of facial images onto such depictions.

Defines "obscene depiction" as a visual depiction displaying nudity or sexual conduct, and includes identification methods such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or superimposed facial images.

Establishes "nudity" as exposure of genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or female breasts (in whole or part below the nipple), with or without translucent covering.

Violators face penalties of a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for up to one year, or both.
