Amends Section 19-5-99 of the Mississippi Code to authorize economic development districts to sell, lease, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of industrial sites to the Mississippi Military Department or Mississippi National Guard for military use.

Adds military use as an approved purpose for transferring industrial park property, alongside existing authority to transfer to individuals, firms, corporations, and other entities for industrial and warehouse use.

Maintains all existing requirements that transfers be made upon terms and conditions that promote and protect the public interest, convenience, and necessity.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
