Increases the fee for service of process, summons, warrant, writ or other notice in civil and criminal cases from $35.00 to $55.00 per service.

Increases the fee for proceedings involving levy of execution on judgments, attachment and garnishment after final judgment from $35.00 to $55.00.

Increases the annual fee for marshals and constables serving warrants and attending trials in state cases where prosecution fails from $1,800.00 to $2,500.00, paid from county treasury.

Maintains the $5.00 fee for service on each additional defendant residing at the same household and requires additional notification and fees when process must be served in multiple counties.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
