Amends Section 49-1-43 to require conservation officers to have probable cause before conducting warrantless searches of boats, vehicles, containers, and other packages for wildlife law violations.

Adds language to Section 49-1-43.1 to clarify that conservation officers must have probable cause to believe a wildlife law violation is occurring or has occurred before entering private lands or waters.

Establishes that conservation officer authority to enter private property is subject to Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures and does not expand beyond powers specified in Section 49-1-43.

Takes effect July 1, 2019.
