Increases the transfer to the 2018 Transportation and Infrastructure Improvements Fund from $52,893,000 to $53,493,000 by amending Senate Bill No. 2002 from the 2018 First Extraordinary Session.

Adds two new capital improvement projects eligible for fund disbursement: $300,000 for the Town of Crenshaw for repairs, resurfacing and transportation infrastructure projects, and $300,000 for the Town of Marks for repairs, resurfacing and transportation infrastructure projects.

Maintains existing fund allocations to other Mississippi counties and municipalities for transportation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across the state.

Takes effect upon passage.
